In an age where customer service is almost non-existent, they go above and beyond to make sure I understand my contract and I benefit from the service. For example, when I had a question about why my automatic payment was higher they were incredibly helpful and explained that my online rate had ended, Heather 1 even got me a slight discount. The facility itself is clean and secure, and I feel confident leaving my belongings here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone.
