Extra Space Storage

I had rented a space at another facility, and it was not at all what I needed. I called Extra Space Storage and they had exactly what I was looking for.
Great location, great price, and a clean unit.
So happy I found them!

Very good facility to store items after moving to Texas. Professionally run. I look forward to using this to store stuff and lessen the clutter in our home.

We've been renting storage spaces for over 18 years. During that time we (like many other people) have seen a wide range of quality, and some of that is dubious at best. Extra Space Storage in Melissa, Texas is the new standard bearer of quality storage space. It's been in business for a short while, yet it looks brand new. Everything is so clean, neat, and orderly! Staff is the absolute best! Maksym and Skylar have been the greatest when we have questions or need assistance. It's as if they were there just waiting to be of help - good quality help, not lip service. They treat you like they'd want to be treated. In fact they give a new standard of definition for quality customer service. ESS Corporate if you're reading this, you have two excellent representatives in this store you need to recognize! They're gems!
