Edit: After pre-paying for 4 months to secure advertised internet price ONLY, I got notice that my monthly rent would be going up about 45%. I saw there were still “special online offers” and was told I’d have to first secure online for the same size storage unit, and move out of the current space when my term ended, and wouldn’t be able to capture the pricing for my current unit! I was pitched “fair market value” as if that was going to convince me to stay and pay 45% more. I told them if I have to vacate to move, I’d be fully vacating. I went with a nice local family storage company that had lower pricing, regardless of in person or online, and I didn’t have to pre-pay to secure FAIR pricing. This is not a reflection of the sweet girl inside, but the business model as a whole. If not for her, I’d only give 2 stars.

Summer 2024: I stopped in to ask questions about renting a storage unit, and Camille was so friendly. I told her I was new to the area and was checking out other facilities too. I was favoring this location because it was the most conveniently located one for me. A week later when I got the rest of my stuff, I came back, and secured a unit with her. She’s warm and friendly and very knowledgeable.
