Extra Space Storage

This is my second experience with this company. Both seabrook tx locations. I had one about a year. My unit price just kept going up and up. I assumed our struggling economy. I emptied my unit , downsized by getting rid of alot ? and attempted to put it all in my apartment. Well after a couple weeks quickly realized I still need a storage but just a small one this time. Rented a 5x5 for $22. End of November 2024. I was quickly moved to a rate of $42!!! I took it because I'm too busy to go empty it out and well I need it ! Now after work I get a little post card per usual . This company has me on auto pay i truly belong they send these discreet notices in hopes you don't see and move out ? not a courtesy call, just this SNEAKY note that I'll be paying $62 come March!!! Yall I'm not even 90 days in!!! BAIT AND SWITCH TRAP TACTICS! SO FRAUDULENT. I intend on investigating options in how to hold them accountable to stop doing this to people. It's not right. I plan to remove my few little holiday containers and say GOODBYE to this disrespectful company!

Benji was a great help with getting me a reasonable rate for my storage. He was patient & kept in touch with me, which I greatly appreciated!❤️
