Had a storage unit for the most part 20 years, and three different companies. This new company doesn't give a shit about nothing but money. It is extremely evident throughout every action this company makes. Been a customer for a very long time, never a late payment. Hit a rough patch, they don't care. When you having financial issues and are late with rent, they start adding late fees and start process of taking your stuff. Ask for a one time courtesy removal of fees-how dare you!Just another soulless corporation that doesn't care about people only profit. Thanks for nothing extra space!

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!!! I rented a small 5×10 no a/c 21 months ago. The price was $38. Today, I had to pay $125 for the same unit. The price has consistently gone up every 3-5 months with no explanation. The first price increase was from $38 to $90, then to $111, and now $125 for a non a/c 5x10 small unit is unacceptable. I have had it. The customer service is a joke. I asked to pay 5 days late due to a major hurricane in the area. And was laughed at and charged a $20 late fee. After this and the unjustified rate hikes. This is my last month. I can rent the same unit as a new customer from the same location and save 30% of my money without their 'online price,' which is just a scam to get you in there. There are several storage places in Seabrook. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE SUPRISE RATE HIKES.

p.s. looking at the other reviews, I am not the only one. Now I dont feel singled out.
