Extra Space Storage

Absolutely awesome! Randy, Jo Marie and Christine were and are the best. I have had an an RV stored there for 15 yrs and have changed storage owners three times each time hoping for a smooth transition; this time has been painless and for lack of better words pleasurable. Long story short my RV began to leak needed a small storage to unload to get it fixed; Randy made it happen! In prepping it to get repaired I had to have power to air up tires; Jo Marie made it happen! When repair process failed I needed a covered storage Jo Marie came to the rescue again! I called to confirm covered parking spot and talked with Christine and she was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease as she explained she was a fellow RV'r! Awesome experience making me feel my property will be safe and sound stored in this facility!

Incredibly easy online service to set up a storage and fast access to my new storage with a new lock and set of keys with in an hour of set up
Was a bit confused on the exit not seeing the keypad and was given quick and helpful information when calling help line

I called every place to get the best storage facility. At Extra Space, Cameras, cleanliness, very beautiful property, best price. The office people are so helpful and wonderful.

Overall, this storage unit is a good value for the money spent. The site is secure, and I am comfortable storing my items there. The only downside is that the units are not sealed. My items are regularly covered in dust, and there are spider webs, dead bugs, etc., in the unit. I usually wear gloves when getting items out of the unit, clean the container boxes before I bring them into my garage, and have a dedicated broom to sweep out the dirt and bugs.
