Extra Space Storage

I rented a small storage unit over the phone but my rental doesn't begin until late next week so I haven't been there yet. The process of renting went very smoothly.

They went above and beyond to help resolve an issue and I'm very appreciative of the effort.

A bit confusing, no office on site, online I was charged for a lock $29.00 but one was never provided. My husband bought our own to use. The code that was given to us never worked, but we were also eventually given a code for the gate for emergencies that short one works. Better description should be given. And someone should answer the phone! I've never been refunded for the lock that was charged and never supplied.
