It's a nice facility, but they definitely have mice, even in the indoor climate controlled units. So just beware if you're trying to keep any food, drink, or ingredients. They'll try to get into it.

Was an easy pleasant experience. Helped me determine correct size and showed me the unit. Made sure my codes worked properly.

Joe at the West Haven, UT location was fantastic to work with. I needed a large (10 x 30) storage unit for my jet ski trailer and Joe let us try two different units to find the one that would be easiest to access and make sure our trailer would fit. Every place else we had been wanted us to sign up and pay at least one month’s rent before they would let us see if we could make it work. I really appreciate Joe’s efforts to help us out. Even though in the end it didn’t work out, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Joe if I ever have other storage needs. Thanks, Joe!!
