Rented the unit online. While the standard pricing was within the same range for other facilities, they had an amazing promo price available. Between that and the location being a mid way point between where I am and moving to & from, I chose to rent sight unseen. I couldn’t be happier with that choice. I’ve rented units from time to over my adult life & by far this was the easiest experience I’ve had to date. After signing up online where I got to pic my unit I was given detailed information on my unit, accessibility and information on how to secure and then ensure my belongs. As if that wasn’t great enough to have everything so clearly laid out, I was Immediately contacted via phone by the manager Chris. He was Pleasant and informative. He confirmed My purchase and advised me on what to do if I need to make adjustments to that. He also advised me and sent a link to download the app which is the best way to get access to the facility and walk me through however I would go about accessing my unit. He was charming and detailed. Nothing like the typical employees in past rentals from other facilities, where you could just tell they were burnt out or otherwise unconcerned. Chris took the time to understand and ensure my needs were met. My stress level is already maxed out with one lease ending at 5pm and my new one not starting until 4pm that same day. However renting here thus far has taken a huge weight off my shoulders & will allow me to move at my own pace while ensuring what is not going with me during this temporary downsizing will remain safe & secure. Huge thank you to Chris for making that happen.
