This is directly from an online chat today after having a $110/month increase with no notice... 'I apologize for the unexpected increase. Our agreements are set up month to month. To give you some background here, our system will assess your rate to see if you are at or close to market value on your unit. Occasionally after this process, you will get a rate increase to bring you closer to the going rate.' Funny... I bet if the market rate went down, I wouldn't see a decrease in the rate.

First time using this place. Eddie called me back after I reserved a unit online. He promptly got me the unit I needed and the layout I preferred at a rate that was affordable. He also saved me a trip to the office by taking care of the lease agreement over the phone. He was friendly, and did his job efficiently. Which made this experience less of a headache for me
