Do not choose Extra Space Storage. I was so happy initially. The rate was fantastic, the sales person was so helpful, the facities are so nice BUT and a big but here. The have raised my rate twice within a year. My promotional rate started at $84. Okay, well only a few months later they changed the rate on me! I believe it was around $150 something and I fought it back down to $132. That was the best they could do. Now they are raising me again in less than one year to a whopping $212! That's correct, $84 to start and $212 in less than a year! I have called to complain again but I'm waiting on a call back. Don't move all your stuff in here because remember, once it's in there it's not like you can easily move it out. You are stuck!
**Edit I am updating my review because extra space did bring my rate back down to $132 and I feel that is fair. I still can't give 5 stars because it was a hassle but I am appreciative.
