Extra Space Storage

Me and my friend went here to rent a storage unit. I looked at the hours before hand to see what times the office is going to be open. The door was locked so I called the number to speak with someone to help and so I can rent a storage unit. The worker on the phone was very sweet and respectful. However, the manager was rude and unprofessional. She ended up coming to the door being rude and saying she's on lunch break which is totally fine but she's snapped at me and my friend.

Door was locked and lady had us waiting outside cause she said she had lunch,there’s chairs to sit and wait inside why then ? And still on her phone with door locked .

Great Storage facility. Very clean and. Tesean in the front office is very helpful and professional. Thanks Tesean for your hard work.
