Very caring service! After being told my piano was likely too old to be tuned from other professionals, Josh took on the job. Like many of us feel about our antiques, mine is very sentimental and I just wanted it tuned the best it could be, and Josh gave the piece very caring service. It still has some life to give, and I appreciate him restoring that to our family.

A refreshing experience to work with someone so honest, knowledgeable, transparent and professional! We used them to move our grand piano and then to complete a tune and pitch adjustment as well as diagnose an issue with some dead keys. We have been told numerous times the piano was ruined and not salvageable. After about 5 minutes they were able to diagnose the issue and offer a solution for repair. We could not be happier and will be customers for life!

Josh tuned our twenty-two-year-old baby grand piano which had not been tuned in a long time. He also changed the tuning frequency to 432 Hertz rather than 440. The result is amazing. He was right on time and the charge was very reasonable for services provided which included freeing up some sticking keys. Josh is the only guy I would call from now on.
