Eyring Movers

The move itself went very well and my guys were professional, friendly and easy to work with. I was moved out of my old place into my new house in just under four hours, which was a big help as I had to start work right after they left. The reason for the three star rating, however, is due to the administrative component of the move. Before the inventory check a month ago, I made it clear that I wanted to move on 03/01/25, which was a Saturday. I was initially told that I could be moved on that day. Then at the end of the inspection, that day was no longer an option. I was offered 03/03 instead and was told that I would be the first pickup of the day, which would’ve been somewhere in the 8-9am range. I agreed to it as there seemed to at least be an attempt to be courteous of my work schedule. A week before the move, I was informed that I got bumped down to the second pickup of the day. This was problematic because of work and I made that VERY CLEAR to the rep that I spoke with. I was given the brush off and since it was already so close to the day I was moving, I didn’t have much choice other than find another company and likely postpone my move due to the short notice. I understand you can’t always make everyone happy, but don’t be disrespectful of people’s time and concerns. That said, the actual service provided was top notch. The business side of it left a lot to be desired.

Alex, Alex, and John did an excellent job. They were right on time, friendly, courteous, and efficient. We would highly recommend the company.
