Never called back

Moved my parents out of their apartment and into a house. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. We liked them so much we're hiring them for our move now.
We requested the same guys for our moved and maybe that was a mistake. The guy who was apparently 'the leader' seemed to have an attitude and while arranging items in the truck broke quite a few things then blamed me for the way I packed them. The boxes and totes were clearly labelled as Fragile! Maybe he was just having a bad day but I'd rethink hiring them again. I wish I could remember the guy's name who did all the heavy lifting and moving items because he was awesome and a total work horse on both jobs, he deserves 5+ stars!

Great rates and great customer service

I'd give zero stars if I could. Proceed with caution with this outfit. Greg was great. On time, thorough estimate. Was patient and explained the whole process. Offered great advice and tips to make our move go smoother. Then the big (huge) let down - a week before our scheduled move, they emailed (didn't call) to let me know they wouldn't be able to move us. We have to be out of our house in a week and they've put us in an impossible situation. We're telling everyone - you can't count on EZ Moving & Storage.
