EZ Moving & Storage

The movers did not complete the job. The one supervisor who helped move said he just came in from Indiana without sleep. They did work hard but did not finish the job. Said the job was larger than anticipated. I had to hire someone, pay a large amount to finish the move. The manager stated she told them to finish the job. They said they had another home to move that evening. I called the manager the next day and explained the situation. She stated she told the supervisor to finish the job. He did not. AND, they never went to the second job. I left messages for the manager who informed me she would get back with me . She never did. Do not use them. We fed them and gave large tips and this is what we received, not even a return call.

Wonderful job, the guys worked so hard in the heat, prompt and done early. Highly recommend!

Last Thursday, I used EZ Moving & Storage’s local move service to move from Plymouth Township to Superior Township. Jack and Mike were great! They were both very polite and efficient, getting the job done 3+ hours faster than the quoted time. I would definitely use the service again.
