I would give zero stars if I could. The unit was infested with mice that ruined our furniture. The walls were deteriorating due to mold and moisture. I called to give my notice to vacate the unit and sent photos of the empty unit. I received email confirmation that I would get a refund and that my cancellation would be processed. Since then I have been charged every single month for a unit that is not in use. I have called and left voicemails numerous times, I have sent almost 20 emails, yet no one will fix this issue. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Absolutely horrible unit conditions, the worst/nonexistent customer service ever. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

We have called this facility multiple times, left messages to return our call at both numbers listed and have sent an email as we want to rent a storage unit. Their hours state they are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5 pm. Not one person has called us back from their main office in Eau Claire or Winter all you get is an answering machine. We are still waiting. This is unacceptable as a business and very poor customer service and your intranet site says just the opposite..
