EZ Storage Detroit

I really love this place. I’ve had it before and everyone is so very nice there so this is why I gave them a five Stars because I’ve had them before and and I’m having to use them again they’re so very nice. They explained everything to me again and it was just about the same as it was before and I didn’t have any problems with them whatsoever and I thank them so much for being so very nice everything is clean and I’m looking forward to putting my things in there again.

Facility was very clean terms were explained well and thoroughly.

I have used EZ Storage every time I've moved, AND HAS NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! Love them.

My experience at this place was horrible. The staff that I interacted with were very calculated and manipulative. Nice nasty is a thing. I shld have never stated ' I'm moving out soon. I was told and nearly forced to pay that month plus another without notice until the 31st 10×15 $275 is ridiculous. I lost my NEW matress and some trinkets bc u refused to be scammed! They claimed to have sent me a letter prior but Nicole conveniently sent it to a wrong address w an extra digit. Well the joke was on her. I had moved out all of my expensive valuables before!

I notified them in writing and Email about theses issues. I was lied to by her twice and ignored by her alleged manager after I explained her illegal actions ( she changed the address for the letter) Prior to that my address on file was 4 digits. Not 5! I had very nice things there, Guess who took the New matress.
My items never went to any auction.
Do not rent here. EVER.
Extra Space is the BEST.

So far so good, although they are a bit pricey this storage serves the purpose??
