Lynette and Nicole were very friendly and helpful. Nice facility with plenty of flatbeds/dollies to help with moving furniture.

We used EZ Storage for several years. The facility is clean, well lit and accessible. There are storage units to suit whatever space you require. The staff are professional and helpful as well!

I can only express my opinion on my OVERPRICED and SCAMMED experience.
I made the HUGE MISTAKE! Of sharing the fact that I was leaving this storage facility and going to another place. Suddenly I was told an entire month later that my previous payment to them which would have covered the rest of the month even though I had moved out was disputed! Not by me but they Intentionally waited until the 31st of the month so that I would be forced to roll over and pay another Month before notifying me or tell me anything. I received the email on the 31st and the evening then after speaking with Nicole on the inside she assured me that management was taking care of it and that they were disputing the payment so that they could receive the funds which I was totally cooperative of seeing as how I had not disputed anything. However when I checked into the situation again she was very nasty and rude to me very entagonistic to the point where I had to ask to speak to her manager and he assured me that he was not disputing anything as she had told me previously. He also told me she told him that she mailed a letter out to me her and I had already discussed this and she sent no letter whatsoever then suddenly I got an email with the wrong address Attach to the email meaning if anything was sent out it went to the wrong address which was weird to me because any other time my address has never been 5 digits but all of a sudden on this particular email it was 5 digits it was uncovering themselves in order to extort more money from me. Although I had good payment history they wanted me to compay them in cash It would not accept my card and it will not happen. I told them my living situation which was that I didn't have anywhere to stay and they were heartless and did not care about anything except for trying to gain more money from me period although I will handle the matter in court I recommend that before you weren't here try to find somewhere else like extra space it's a phenomenal place to be in this place it's horrible I'm very money hungry. It's not even worth The cost for the amount of space that you receive My unit was attended by 20 why was I playing $275 for this space and also I found out that other people were paying way less so they discriminate on who they want to charge what
