EZ Storage Elkins Park

I've been with easy storage in Elkins Park for a while. I don't need as large a space as I did initially. The staff member I dealt with was a great help in getting me into another spot, close enough to the original unit that to make moving less of a hassle. She was a pleasure to deal with.

I had not made a decision about whether to rent a unit, but Natasha explained everything clearly and helped make my decision easy.

They are so nice and the place is very well kept

I've rented my unit this past week and I am so pleased. Not only was I provided some of the best customer service ever, but I got a free moving truck, and a Wawa gift card. Plus the free snacks in the lobby were another bonus! LOL!

I paid more money for smaller units elsewhere. While this place is farther away than I wanted, I have no regrets. And as a single woman, I find it comforting that I can drive into the secure area to access my unit. I'm so happy with everything, from the cleanliness to the friendliness of everyone I've met (customers and staff members). Thanks for making a stressful moving process so easy. Keep up the great work.
