My main company subcontracted these people without my consent. Now im pretty sure all my belongings have been stolen it has been months with no updates or calls back. Stay far far away
Terrible company would not respond my mom has been waiting weeks for her furniture . Once you pay them 70% you will not hear from them. Do not use this company or you will regret it !!!
For anyone who wants transparency and a fair price for moving long distance interstate: please do NOT book with this company or be subcontracted through them.
The sheer extent of mental exhaustion this company has put me through for lack of communication is outright unprofessional.
This company was subcontracted through a broker company for my interstate move. Come day of pick-up is when I was learnt of these subcontractors. The pick-up was delayed by a day and several hours and eventually made in the later hours at night when no office would be open. They picked up my things and after the loading was done, they sent an email bill of lading with several new expenses (in the name of long carry, shuttle and PGS) which were initially not disclosed or even mentioned. The PGS was for an expedited delivery window.
They made me wait more than 3 weeks over the expedited window for the delivery. And during that time, the owner of the company who had initially contacted me for the pick up was not receiving my calls or replying to my texts about my shipment. On attempting to contact their office, there was no response. No replies to emails either.
After constant efforts to get my things back via the broker company, the driver randomly called and said he was going to deliver. Delivery was again delayed and made in the late hours at night. At delivery, they overcharged and made no prorate adjustments for the delay of over 21 business days which is their legal limit for delivery. Moreover the owner informed the driver to just take things to storage if the said amount was not paid. I was forced to pay an unfair price just so I could get my things back. My cubicle was dented and table had deformed legs and they took no ownership of that even when the contract had liability claim.
This is absolutely nothing but extorting money without any form of transparency. Very disappointed with this company and their lack of professionalism. Hopefully the bureau who provides them license for this business sees these customer complaints and takes appropriate action.
