Review:
The two gentlemen greated me with a smile and handshake, and carefully loaded the storage bin. They didn't stop the whole time. No complaints. I dont know who loaded the truck, but they too did an excellent job!

Review:
In December 2020, my belongings were picked up by FRM in Cranberry, PA to be transported to Reno, NV. After that, I heard nothing from FRM for FIVE MONTHS. I tried to call 40+ times, sent emails – nothing. Finally threatened legal action and was contacted by an arrogant man named “J” who gave me all kinds of excuses and then told me he was “doing me a favor” getting my things to Reno, because an insurance claim would yield only $300. At one time my precious items were stored in a warehouse in Montana in the middle of winter! Missing and broken items when my stuff was finally delivered – i am currently in litigation with these crooks. Run in the other direction – these people are the worst!

Review:
They took off with over $10,000 in our belongings after a very heated experience when they tried charging us an additional $5500 and then tried moving their truck further to collect a Long haul fee. No one knows where our stuff is after I sent multiple pictures with our belongings clearly still on yhe truck. Their bbb ranking us revoked. Wonder why that is.
