Best moving company I have used. The staff was very professional and the coustomer service was spectacular. All my items where taken care of like it was there own. My grandmother's China and cabinet was treated with so much respect and delicacy. I recommend this company to everybody I know.

As the name implies we got a fair rate on our move, despite booking just a couple weeks prior (significantly lower than other estimates). They also helped us out big time by accommodating some last minute changes to the closing date for our new house and waived the re-delivery fee. The inventory guy Warren kept good track of our stuff while Jose and the Carlos's made the packing unloading quick and easy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they were a bit hard to reach over the holiday weekend but NBD

They arrived to move me out of state . Had a binding estimate. Supervisor demanded $ 2,000 more told they would not load truck till paid . Got to destination out of state. Hours late supervisor demanded $ 5,000 more or would not unload truck and my belongings would be put in a warehouse in New Jersey. .

This has been the most horrifying experience. I would highly recommend doing research when moving out of state. This company is fraudulent and my experience is now moving into federal investigation and legal action. This company is not responsive nor professional the move was not only way more expensive than should have been charged but it has cost me time off work and a lot of stress. This company is trying to extort additional monies for their own lack of timing... just to update today is August 26th 2021 I still have not received my belongings they have had my belongings since November 30th 2020.

I was very impressed with Fair Rate movers. First of all, Jay arrived on time as scheduled and introduced himself and his partner Jose. They were very friendly and professional. Jay started with meticulously going over every item I ordered for the out of state move. Next, he gave me an honest and fair reassessment of the actual cost of the move. Jay explained the rational of why the price was different and extended a discount for my Military experience. Next, we signed the new agreement and both men got right to the wrapping, moving, and loading of all my household items ie furniture, totes, and other items. This process was done in an amazingly efficient and timely manner. They were careful bringing my furniture and other items down a long and curving stairwell. Finally, with all the furniture loaded, Jay made sure I had all copies of the paperwork, explained how the move would proceed, and said he would ask for a discount applied to the moving in of my items, furniture related to the stairwells in Oklahoma. Both Jay and Jose made me laugh and feel confident my belongings would arrived safely to Edmond, Oklahoma. And, when I called Fair Rate concerning follow up with move and new pricing Moses answered all my questions without putting on me on hold or calling me back. I am very please with the move. Jay, Jose, and Moses did an excellent job making sure my questions, concerns, and discounts were all addressed in a professional, friendly, honest, and timely manner. Thank you Jay, Jose, and Moses! I would recommend who will need a mover in the future. Professional, friendly, efficient, and most importantly fair and honest. Thank you all!
