Fairless Hills Self Storage - Fairless Hills

I didn't like where my unit was. I went in alone 98% of the time and my unit was in middle of building. I felt unsafe.It also got too expensive and I couldn't afford it anymore. Other then that,it was ok and I really liked the 2 people that worked there

The people that work there are nice...but they run by their own schedule. On 2 separate occasions, I went to the facility to sign up for an account for me and my brother and both times the store was closed and dark (no lights on) even when I had spoken to the 'manager' to let them know we were coming in!
Also the second time I went there the person had their kids at work with them, bc you could hear kids in the back playing. I don't think that's allowed...how can you work if your aslo watching your kids?

We moved from an expensive storage facility to Fairless. We couldn't be happier. The staff was wonderful and very helpful! We are saving money and are so much closer. The units are well maintained and well lit. Very pleased with our choice. Would highly recommend this facility!

I came to your facility from cube smart and had the best experience ever with the location manager Latoya. She was very easy going and professional. She gave me all the information I needed to make a very easy decision to rent from the Fairless Hills location. Would highly recommend to friends and family
