From the moment they came into the house until everything was set-up at the Senior Living apartment - they were professional. Everything was well taken care of by the team too! Falcon was scheduled to move me from my home in Illinois to Wisconsin. The office staff and movers were VERY professional and returned my call promptly. They arrived on the scheduled day at the promised time, covered the floors when moving, and were very helpful in helping me prepare some last minute items. I also contracted them to dispose of items I no longer wanted. On the other end (Wisconsin), they were efficient and unloaded the items carefully. All items arrived intact and within the scheduled time. Best news, the final bill was less than the estimate! I recommend going with a local company (Falcon) versus a national chain. My items were the only ones on the truck! I would definitely recommend them for anyone in Illinois!

Talk about efficiency! One day for the crew to load my home into boxes, and the next day was the big move day. Everything was handled with extreme care, the crew was super friendly, nothing got broken. Just an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

We used Falcon for a short move with a few items to a Retirement community. They were on time, respectful and very efficient. They even helped my Senior Client cross the driveway, as it was slippery out. Above and beyond.

I called them on Tuesday and they fit me in Friday morning, taking a $100 deposit. They were communicative, sending reminder texts and emails. The Operations Manager was helpful and kind. The movers arrived at 10:01 for my 10:00 appointment. They listened to our requests, and had everything loaded in 20 minutes. They unloaded in about 30 minutes. They sent photos of the items I was sending for disposal to confirm the $50 disposal fee, and took my credit card for final payment before leaving. I received the final invoice and payment receipt by email.

I would definitely hire them again.
