Run do not walk from this Hell hole. If a negative review could be left, I would. Customer service is non existent and in fact, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Despite what their website states, they open and close when they want. I arrived at 5:30pm and she was talking it up with a customer about bears in Alaska prior to “assisting me” at 5:32pm. They supposedly close at 5:30pm despite Google stating 6pm. Also, do not bother calling them because they will not lift one finger to answer that call despite calling multiple times. I thought falcon took care of their own but I was SADLY mistaken.

Edit: this is NOT a disgruntled customer making up something. Also, no one was “escorted” from premises. You are flirting with libel and slander by mentioning things that are simply not factual. Please be mindful as a business owner what the words “customer service” actually mean. Threatening your customers after yelling at them is not a recipe for success. I’m sure corporate will be in touch.
