I wasn’t able to find a unit that would fit my trailer, but they did everything they could to help out and even refunded me at the end of it all.

Last year I started rent of a unit here and the people were so nice professional and courteous. Facility as well is very nice and well maintained.

So my rate was $110 a month per contract, I expected an increase each year as that makes sense and they sent notice it would increase to $118. I felt that this was perfectly fair and reasonable. This rate was paid for first few months and suddenly my account was charged $233! I initially thought maybe it was an error but after contacting them they said I was on a promo last year for 3 months and they forgot to update price and that's why they had to charge this new rate!!!

First of all I said you did not provide 30 days notice and also that this new rate was out of whack. They did refund the overcharge and mailed me a letter to officially make this increase effective 9/1

They say they are in market rate within 3 miles of their place. Well newsflash there may be 1 other in that radius maybe 2 but not a good sample.

I called local companies and told them my situation and they all said it's a supply and demand game that this place and some others do. It's kind of a storage unit company truck to lure you in low and then gouge you as they know you don't want to move it all again.

Well my new place contract has a similar rate to my $118 but slightly higher at $126. But contract has the 30 day notice after 1 year for increase but caps increase at 7% per year or less.

Really bummed to have to move and I like renting their u hauls as well but after this shady move I'm done and will make sure that the neighbors are aware.

Our newest storage location for our American Legion post. It is nice to know that we have this option in Falcon. It was large enough and convenient to access.
