I wish I could give 0 stars! The owner Jamie is the rudest, most unprofessional, mean person I have ever dealt with. He shows up out of nowhere and starts yelling that certain items were “not on our list” and saying the movers aren’t moving that. They moved a little over half of our 3 bedroom house (with 2 less than half filled trucks) and then he wanted to charge an astronomical amount after inflating the time by double and adding charges for items that they DIDN’T MOVE! When I disputed the unbelievable amount he said we owed, he told the movers to stop unloading and close the hatch. He was going to leave with our stuff! We had no choice but to pay what he demanded because he was holding our belongs hostage. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a business before! NEVER in my 46 years of life! Stay away from this company!

I used this company almost three years ago I was very pleased that I booked them for my current move they were my best movers I had ever had. I am sad to report that this move was the worst move I ever had. They quoted over phone 129 dollars per hour if I paid in cash. Day of move I was charged 136 dollars per hour. I had to tell them 3 times to put plastic protector over my mattress and box springs. They broke the mirror to my bedroom set. They never set up beds and put mirrors back on dressers. They also broke the screen door holder, and a ornament in my flower bed by door. None of which they communicated to me about. I would never use these movers again

Driver called an hour after their arrival window had expired to tell me their prior move ran over and was 'bigger than expected' and that they would be unable to do my move that day. Offered an insulting 10% off and rescheduled me for three days later. The office refused to return my calls. It was lucky that I could still stay at my old place for those extra days or I would have been without a place to live. This company over books, plans poorly and treated my small local move as less important making no effort to correct things. I did not experience any of the 'family values' they speak of as a selling point, in fact I did not even experience common courtesy. I can't discourage use of this company enough. They did a real number on me.

Great staff and great business values. Very east to work with. Love how they support their local community and veterans. Overall great company!
