Family First Moving

I had Family First Moving help me move out of my house a few weeks ago. I was a bit skeptical at first, but they reassured me. I have no complaints, and think they did a really great job.

The crew was friendly and kind but very inefficient. The truck arrived late. They carried each box by hand, as opposed to every other mover I’ve had who put two or three on a dolly. When I was moved into the home we left, the moving truck put a ramp from the truck to the porch, saving time by eliminating the steps. We offered this suggestion and they didn’t seem interested in working smarter which ended up costing us the time they weren’t saving. Even though we moved less than what we accounted for on our estimate, they weren’t able to fit it all in the truck leaving us to move the rest. I appreciate their hard work and honesty (they surveyed and reviewed damages-all small scratches and dents which are to be expected) but am disappointed things didn’t go smoother.
