Kept our rv there during the off seasons. Never had a problem and could pay online which was nice because we live 3 hours away.

Buyer beware. There is no refund, you have to pay for the full month in advance and if you move out after the first you are stuck paying for the full month. Bad business practices from start to finish. Rent somewhere else.
