Take a look at their history of dealings with consumers through their reviews. They have a pattern of doing this well before the news story came out about their business practices. This story only brought to light what they have been getting away with previously.
Shame on them for what they do to ANY client, not just service members. You run the risk of this happening to you if you agree to use them. there are many reputable moving companies, this one just is NOT worth the risk on one of the most stressful days. Don't allow them to add to that with their unprofessional business practices.
