Federal Companies - Normal/Bloomington IL Movers

They were hired to remove our old refrigerator and install the new refrigerator. Apparently our old fridge was out of scope and too big for them to remove. They only told us this after they tried to remove it and couldn’t remove the fridge. I asked them what the scope would be to move it (because we would pay) and they wouldn’t tell me.

So not only did they not do the work they were hired to do, they left our fridge like this…

I deal with shipping and receiving here.
Never a problem. First in First out. You line up down the side of the building. Lots of room to turn around in back.
Could use some lights for safety on the dock as it is inside and you are backing in from outside. Guys inside work very hard to load and unload.
