Federal Companies - Normal/Bloomington IL Movers

Awful awful awful!

I ordered a foundation from a company and this is who they have deliver. Worst delivery experience ever.

First time they are supposed to deliver between 2 and 6. They show up at 8, 2 hours late. I am busy and miss them. They act like it isn't a big deal they were 2 hours late.

Second they call at 8 in the morning telling me they will be there that day between 9 and 1. They call 15 minutes later they are on their way. Again, missed them.

Third time finally got the delivery. Foundation has a hole and the guy uses his foot to push it up on the frame, with his dirty shoe. Disgusting.

I would never use these people for anything. Every person I spoke with was rude and they didn't care about anything.

God awful. I have moved many times and this was the worst. I had 18,000 + pounds to move 4 full bedrooms plus home office plus 3 full living rooms plus full gym plus 3 car garage full of tools they sent 3 guys and a girl to load. They were 1hr late to load and 2 1/2 hrs late to unload. When they were falling behind on loading they sent more people which just stood around and sat in the trucks! I bought Ins not one person ever called me to see how the move was or check if there was any damage. They made my guest room bed and my daughters bed look like it was put together however they lost the hardware so when my parents came to use the guest room the bed fell apart!!!! Although some of the guys worked hard the female manager did nothing but badmouth the salesman. Not good and I would not recommend to a friend.
