Federal Home Delivery

I have not had a good experience with this company. They delivered my furniture in June of 2024, and I have been calling them almost weekly because my door was broken during the delivery. I have yet to recieve a call back from the general manager, and I spoke to someone on Thursday who stated that I would get a call back by Friday. Today is Monday August 12, 2024 and I still have yet to get a return call, and the other person is not answering my calls either. I am hoping that this review will get me somewhere on this matter.

We received a call just to schedule our delivery last week. I have left 4 Voicemails and have called at least 15x. No one has answered the phone or returned my multiple voicemail. Home Depot and American Woodmark need to find another local delivery service!

Supposed to get a delivery today and can get them on the phone. 9 times I’ve called over the course of 3 days. All I get is a voicemail that is full. How do I know when and if it’s coming?

Truly awful experience. We were told that we would be contacted within 3 business days to schedule a pick up. We never were, we tried to call and email many times but could never get a response.
After WEEKS they finally scheduled the pick up a month after the initial contact.
If we could have picked a different service to use we would have.
