Federal Home Delivery

No one answers the phone and the voice mailbox is always FULL!

When ordering from Ikea, they contract with Federal Home Delivery. They will not deliver at a time that healthcare workers are available to be home. They refuse all discussion about it. Beth, was also very rude.

Been waiting over a month for my IKEA cabinet to arrive. Three times there have been set dates for delivery and twice they cancelled on me without letting me know why. They won't say anything about why a delivery didn't come through for a selected day and they pick up the phone to answer questions about the delivery. The other time they brought the truck out to my apartment but it didn't have the delivery on board. Terrible delivery service and extremely unorganized

Do whatever it takes to stay away from this company they can care less of the inconvenience they put on you.
