They had what I was looking for & the price was right

Packed our belongings with little to no padding. Ruined several hanging pieces by stacking heavy object on and around them with no padding or protective wrapping in the box. Two of the hanging pieces were wedding and anniversary gifts. Boxes got to us half crushed and with holes. This is among missing items and other goods broken. Sad to think that places like this can keep in business with un professional conduct such as this.
