They never called me back.

My move was picked up on time but delivery was delayed by 3weeks. When my household arrived, many items damaged. Furniture was scratched and or broken. Boxes were all labeled to be placed in corresponding marked room. This did not happen. Whatever the top box was labeled as, that’s where the balance of the cart was deposited. Consequently bedroom items ended up in the garage etc.( they were careful to make sure furniture was where I wanted it placed.) I have never had so much damage from moving. Would not recommend Ferguson movers out of Coos Bay

Excellent service, very quick load time, extremely helpful and courteous.

Excellent attention to detail, unbelievably though boxing and wrapping items for shipment. Work crew was responsive to questions, gave competent advice, worked well together. Our home furniture and furnishings were unpacked and placed precisely where desired. An efficiency supreme!

Terrible packing and many damaged and scratched items!
