Very professional. Quick for a long distance move. Had arranged to move my mother’s belongings 2000 miles from the west coast to the midwest. The only issue I had was that the estimate given to me was 7500 pounds off! I understand that they can’t be spot-on, but come on, 7500 pounds? That 7500 pounds affected the final cost by $7000! That was the only issue, otherwise good company to work with, answered all my questions and my shipment arrived in good order.

Zero stars more like it. Our experience has been very poor. We ended up with other people's stuff, and some of ours is missing. Valuable things missing. And now it's not their problem, or their fault. James comes to your house to estimate, they didn't even do that right. Everything will be great he says, we'll make sure of it. BS! Once they have your stuff, oh so sorry, its going to be more money. Now they try to blame American Van Lines. DO not use these people to move your valuables!

All the stuff I had in a 10x10 storage unit in El Paso would not fit in my 10x10 storage unit in Brookings because the movers had little regard for actually helping me and just wanted to get done and get out so things were thrown in with little regard for space management. They were not easy on my valuable furniture and items resulting in multiple damages and lastly they could not be bothered to drop only the washer and dryer off at my house(which was on the way back to their facility). Poor way to take care of a Veteran...
