Often times we hear or read negative reviews. I had to write about the amazing experience with Fidelity Moving Storage in January 2025! Ms. Stephanie, the manager, was amazing! She contacted me throughout the delivery process. The follow-up and follow-through were exceptional! The drivers delivered 615 cases of girl scout cookies. They were punctual, professional and handled each case with care. They also placed the cookies where we desired. They helped to recount the cases of cookies for accuracy. Everything was SUPERB! Although this was our first year using this company, I am very pleased with the outstanding service received. I hope Girl Scout organization continue to use this business. I highly recommend their business. Thank you Ms. Stephanie and delivery drivers for making this a pleasant experience.
