I highly recommend that no one uses this company. Granted it has been nearly a year since they moved us, but when my family ETS'd this is the company that was used. When we moved we had 3/4 of our belongings put into storage until we found a home to buy.. that is why it has taken so long to review. The packers did an awful job, they just threw things in random boxes as they went, there was no organization. Quite a few boxes were labeled incorrectly, so to know what was actually in them we had to open and go through completely. Since unpacking everything we have had well over $3,000 in damages. Including a crib, changing table, dresser, and tv stand that were unrepairable. Some of our child's Christmas toys were either missing or completely ruined. Our couches and Kitchen set were bent and scratched all to hell. Some boxes were smashed so there was broken glass from the dishes and decor. It has been very frustrating and heart breaking that they were so careless, especially when it was a veteran's possessions and we were so looking forward to having all of our personal belongings back once unpacked.
