The owner was in a rush and still had furniture to move and wanted to leave. Only gave us 2 hours and we were told the job may take 4 hours. They didn’t even put my bed together ?. He yelled at his staff and wouldn’t even listen to the customer. Owner complained he had a bad back - you are a moving company your going to need your back! Came for an estimate and agreed on price and asked about a contract. They didn’t feel we needed one. Asked for more when finished saying “we had heavy furniture”. He saw what we had when he came out and did the estimate. We have basic furniture - NO pianos or hide a beds. 1 bed, several dressers, living room, dining room, refrigerator and a couple curio cabinets. We packed and moved all the little stuff (boxes, chairs, desk ..) ourselves. Beware ??!

They did a great job of moving us from Minnesota to Charles City. Very professional, on time and courteous. Highly recommended!
