Worst company we have ever dealt with. They were 30 hours late picking our stuff up. Not to mention when they did show up it was 3:30 am!! Who does that?? The crew was polite but asked to use our bathroom and proceeded to pee all over the toilet and floor. So unprofessional it’s pathetic. Did not offer a call to apologize or compensate for our trouble. When we called them to complain all they would say was it’s part of a moving process and then threatened to cancel our move, put our stuff in storage, and charge extra. This company would not take any responsibility for what happened, all they want is your money !! The absolute worst experience we have ever had with a company. Do not use these people!!
This company is a masterclass in how not to do business. Firstly: we gave the company an item-by-item list of what needed to be moved, to include boxes. They quoted us at 4 hours based on the detailed list. We ended up moving all of the boxes ourselves, and the whole process lasted over six hours, despite us moving the boxes previous to the movers arrival and my family and I working alongside the movers the entire time. Two very nice young men showed up, but it was clear they were not professional movers. Poor kids weren't even provided support belts for the heavy stuff. Truck showed up, and there was a hole in the roof fixed with duck tape soaking our furniture. Final destination did give some money back, to their credit, for the truck issue. Despite the damage to the bedroom set since the company didn't provide moving blankets, what has become the biggest issue that they refuse to fix is that the movers accidently took proprietary screws from a table with them. When the error was noticed we called and the woman on the phone told us she would mail them ASAP. After a month, we called back and she insisted that they were mailed and would call the next day with an update. Now, almost two months later, the company refuses to answer my calls and a table sits useless and in pieces in my basement since the screws are custom made and the table is out of production. My suspicions are that the screws were lost. I thoroughly dislike giving small businesses poor reviews, but the company has left me no choice as they have refused to answer my calls or return my messages for the past few weeks. Avoid this company at all costs since mistakes are made in moves and that's understandable, but ghosting paying customers instead of addressing the mistake is bad business. Since they won't answer our calls, maybe they'll answer here.
They are not a moving company, they are an inbetween broker, there are a lot of problems with the company as you can read in the reviews, they can’t guarantee you move on the date scheduled which can run you into a lot of problems & extra stress, after learning about them not being an “official” moving company I requested a refund & they denied $2,500.00. They stated over the phone they were an official moving company and lied! Do not trust them! I’m also reporting to the better business Bureau! They untruthfully obtained my deposit!
