We are working on a resolution, and that's the only reason this isn't a one-star rating. Initially, this move was an absolute nightmare for me. It was estimated for 4 hours and literally should have taken that long or less, but instead, it took 8 or more, billed to an agency that helps others as well. The move was simply downsizing and moving to another building in the same complex. Because things were left out in the middle of the hallway of my old unit, things are now missing. I appreciate them sending someone out to reorganize the mess that was left in my storage unit, especially since more than half belonged in my apt. He also helped organize the mess left in my apartment. Now, we're down to resolving what's still missing. Because of the 2 professional movers in the midst of all this I did meet, I'd like to say I just got a bad pick of the bunch so don't count them out but I keep my reviews honest. I'll update when the final resolution is met.
