First Choice Moving

Some of my electronics items are missing. The have employees who are thief. When I called them about missing item, they said they could not find it. They told me that they will reimburse but they never did.

Booked a spot for delivery and took the day off waiting for them to arrive..never arrived multiple phone calls texts no answer do not trust them

BEWARE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! I hired First Choice Moving Company to move furniture from my parents California house to Nevada house and they did. However, the movers broke my parents antique furniture ( china wall - the leg, interior mirror, exterior custom glass and the coffee table's top glass.) Luis Horna is the owner. He texted me that its not a problem and that they are insured and bonded. I have patiently waited about three weeks and have called him multiple times and texted him but he does NOT answer my calls or texts. I paid him $3,500 via Zelle.

Don't believe the five star reviews you see here on google or yelp. They were either all bought or shared by friends and family. Actually, Yelp has MANY 1 star reviews.

Hired this company to move my elderly mother. They were supposed to arrive at 1pm. After trying to reach them numerous times they said they would arrive by 7:30pm. Never arrived causing my mother to spend the night in a dark apartment without utilities and paying additional fees because she was not out of her old place. First Choice billed my credit card and still will not answer the phone. A neighbor told my mom to rent a truck this morning and hired 2 labors hanging out at the truck rental company. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this company. They still have not returned my call or provided any explanation for their lack of service.
