James was very detailed & explanatory on the rules with pricing and payments.
Walked me to the unit size I was requesting.
I only had about less than 15 minutes of my time.
Very easy & they have an extra screen up to confirm all pricing and break down on monthly charges.

Place is close to me, very well maintained and Lydia showed me a unit, created the contract, took payment and sold me a lock so that I could unload my truck right then. It only took a few minutes. That’s exactly the experience I was hoping to have. Thanks Lydia !

no I would like a refund. I had to get another storage I was locked out I asked him to please make sure that the gate code was set and that my storage was unlocked and it was locked so I was out there until after 7:00 at night in the dark
