He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I felt valued as a customer. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, making it a great place to store my belongings. Very clean, well maintained storage facility. You can access 24 hours a day. I moved out early, swept out my unit and was surprised when he refunded the prorated rent for my last month without me asking or expecting that.

First Choice Storage in Japer TN is outstanding and very affordable. The storage area is fenced in with access control and security camera through out the property. The owner Terry was very helpful with coordinating the delivery and staging of my 3 PODS I sent from Hawaii. Terry also was kind enough to help me move some large items into my unit.
