Very prompt. Introduced themselves personally and assured me that all would be taken care of and to ask any questions along the way. Upon arrival to new location the promptly unloaded and put together beds, cribs, and anything else they thought we could use a hand with. Upon completion they reviewed their work and with our satisfaction, had us sign off. Prior to leaving each mover shook our hands and thanked us for the business. This is the second time using them in in 12 months. Would not hesitate using them again.

After all mishaps yesterday they made it right and came today to move me very friendly employees and the owner was on vacation and still took care of me thank you

These guys were awesome! Day before we had a very bad experience with the orginal movers. Then First Rate Movers came in on a days notice and absolutely turned things around and made our move as stress free as possible. Thanks Guys!

I would recommend First-Rate Moving & Storage for anyone moving out of state. They were very professional and did a great job! Jay was very personable. The process went as smooth as possible considering such a big move.
