I recently moved from Titusville, FL to Western KY. I worked with Lisa & Cathy getting quotes and working on a date and time for the movers to come and pack my items up & getting them delivered to my new address in KY. Lisa & Cathy were very informative on how the moving process would occur. Both of them were also very knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. Starting with taking an inventory of my household items to how many boxes I would need, then calculating what size truck I would need to get my items transported to KY. The movers were very professional when they came into my house to pack up my items and when they delivered them as well. Moving is stressful in itself, so having a company with employees that are knowledgeable and professional made this moving experience a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE; without the added stress or worry. THANK YOU for making this 800+ mile move a smooth transition. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. My connection lisa was helpful from start to finish with every aspect of the move, a long distance one with several moving parts which had been very stressful until we luckily came across this company. Truthfully the price was raised somewhat but that was due to many more items in one of our stops that my wife and I did not account for. However, the manager Issac was extremely kind and polite, helping us in every way he could find to keep the price within our budget. The moving team that performed the service were very professional and joked and smiled a lot while being unbelievably efficient, more things which helped our stress levels so much. I don’t want to go on and on, but I can’t say enough how amazing this company is!!!! I recommend them to everyone!

My move from Kissimmee, to Nashville was super smooth! The team was professional, offering an extra discount to help me take the remaining stuff. The packing service was great, and Driver Vince answered all my questions and he was very nice. I paid more than exceedingly but the service was very good and I tipped the movers , lisa assured me I would get my delivery by the date I asked then to and it arrived just in time, im so glad I didn’t sleep on the floor thanks to their effort

2 days late for the pickup. Then on dropoff day 1...they called to say they were 5 minutes out. A couple of hours later they had not shown up...we called and they said it would be the next day. The price also doubled from the original contract. We were 'given' a $150 credit off of nearly $8k for the two day late pickup...not even enough to cover the hotel needed because of not leaving on time.
If 0 stars was possible that would be the rating.

Stay away from this company!
First let’s list all the damages. Broken dresser mirror, 3 year old mattress had a 3” hole in it, our stainless mini refrigerator was in perfect condition when picked up but we received it with a big dent on the front door and scratched plus the top was all scratched. A nightstand that is bent and can’t be straightened, a hole in the bottom of a dresser drawer and they wrapped it! Obviously they stacked it on something sharp but they don’t care! I’m missing a $350 framed print too but they won’t take any blame for it. They say they didn’t wrap it so it’s not their problem! They had everything tagged but not everything was delivered according to the sheets but they did deliver extra numbers so I guess it worked out? Not sure how but….
Giovanni is the rudest person you will ever meet! Customer is not right with this lady! Issac offered me $100 to cover the mirror they broke which it actually cost of $134 to replace and we didn’t break it! Then he offered us $175. But nothing for the other damages. I said no because if I’d accept it I couldn’t post a review. Then he came back and offered to send me a cheap replacement for our mini fridge to shut me up. I said no!
All I can say is stay away or move yourself.
My husband and I rented a trailer and moved some of our stuff we didn’t want damaged and I’m glad we did! The stuff we moved got home safe and sound.
You won’t get a definite delivery date either because they load several jobs into a trailer and then make deliveries! I thought I paid $8,000 to have my stuff taken care of not pack into a trailer with several other orders! No wonder our stuff got damaged and I’m sure someone got my print!
All I can say is I passed on $275 to warn anyone who will read this to stay the hell away from this company!
Read all negative reviews they all say the same thing! Find a different mover who cares! Read the black print on what they’ll replace too!
Issac said he will post I denied compensation and yes I did to warn everyone to stay away from them!
