First Step Moving

In the past 12 months First Step Moving has moved a portion of our household goods from our home in one city to an apartment and storage unit in another city twice and finally moved it all into our new home in the second city in a third move. Christy Vincent is the owner and runs a well oiled machine-she communicates well, prices fairly, treats her employees humanely and compassionately. We were able to have Pedro twice as the move leader. He is knowledgeable, fluent in Spanish and English, has great customer service skills, treats his staff with respect, and runs a very orderly process. In the three moves we never suffered any damage, found the crew pleasant, hard working and courteous.
They were about 30 minutes late arriving to our apartment for the first load because they traveled from McKinney across 380. Need I say more. It does not prevent me from giving a five star review.
Our final total was a little higher than we thought due to the amount of stuff we had to move. As I said, we believe pricing is fair and the contract states quotes can changed based on changing variables.
And that’s the final thing I’ll say-everything is in the contract we received and there were no surprises.
