First Step Moving

I used first step movers for the first time was referred to them everything was good til my new headboard was damaged doing the move I let the moving guy know about this damage I spoke with Christy she promised me the mover would repair it they moved me 2 weeks ago today I have emailed and called never got a call back about this and they scraped my hardwood floor by dragging my couch on the floor I will not recommend this company

We had some hiccups during the move with the crew assigned to our move, but we contacted christy and she set everything right. Thank you.

Highly recommend this local moving company. Although the move experience could’ve been better, Christy (the owner) made sure to make things right and I appreciate that more than the actual moving experience itself. Rarely do you come across great ownership (especially with moving companies) and I’ll definitely use First Step Moving again in the future. Thanks again Christy!

The crew was on time and made the move within the estimated time window. Very cool guys. The office staff had excellent communication, and was very kind. I am so glad I chose First Step. I’ll refer them to anyone who is moving and they will be my movers from now on!
